hi friends! i have missed you and this little blog! i cannot believe i only posted twice in february, with one post being a slightly incoherent iphone check-in. february was a bit of a whirlwind, to say the least.  

for the first half of the month i was essentially just overwhelmed with life - lots of big crazy changes are coming my way and i needed a break and some time to process. 

president's day weekend we met up with (some of) our closest friends in paso robles, an amazing little wine country in between los angeles and san francisco. i spent the first day in los angeles, exploring silver lake (isn't that jimmy marble phrase so, so apt?)  and then going back to my favorite spots in venice, then matt got into town and we drove the red mini to meet up with our friends... saturday and sunday were spent drinking, eating, drinking, soaking up the sunshine, and possibly falling asleep early. before dinner early. it was awesome. 

i spent the next week recovering from the paso hangover and prepping for blogshop! it was amazing. i can't wait to tell you more about it. and then this week - well i have no excuse. i think i was so overwhelmed by my ideas and all of the things i learned that i just didn't know where to start. 

march 1st felt like a good way, though. so here i am!
